Dowerin Machinery Field Days
Since 2022, I've partnered with the Dowerin Machinery Field Days to deliver video production, drone filming, and post-production across one of Western Australia's largest agricultural events. Working alongside the team throughout the year, I've produced promotional campaigns, documented community initiatives such as Bringing Dowerin Downtown, and captured the Field Days through photography, daily highlight films, exhibitor features, social media content, and sponsor stories.
A standout project was the 2024 giant combine harvester activation, in partnership with CBH at Langley Park. I led the video production from pre-production planning through to final delivery, coordinating a crew to capture the complex operation from multiple perspectives. With only a single opportunity to film several high-value harvesters crossing Langley Park, every shot had to be meticulously planned and executed. The production utilised three drones alongside multiple ground cameras to document the installation, while navigating a tightly managed logistics operation and strict timing constraints. Following the shoot, I delivered a rapid-turnaround edit that was screened at an event the same day, helped generate excitement and maximise media coverage ahead of the Field Days.
